We are joining this year with the AITP Annual meeting and the AITP Region 3 Student Conference. This provides an excellent opportunity for us to share ideas with the leaders of ATIP, our professional IS colleagues, and students competing in regional competitions. We encourage you to join your colleagues for the reception Friday evening and our joint luncheons on Friday and Saturday.
The eight "Emerging Technologies" workshops on Thursday provide an opportunity to get more in-depth information on subjects of interest to all IS educators. In addition, we have included some workshops in our conference agenda. There are several excellent panel discussions in addition to over 70 paper presentations. Our exhibit area will have vendors showing their newest technology and publications.
San Antonio is a wonderful and vibrant city with many attractions along the famous River Walk. It is an excellent host for this joint conference. Enjoy your stay in San Antonio and contribute to the success of ISECON by interacting with your fellow IS educations and our AITP leaders,
