The Information Systems Education Conference (ISECON) solicits and presents each year papers on topics of interest to IS Educators. ISECON 2003 is the twentieth in an annual series of international conferences devoted to education in the field of Information Technology. Conferences such as this are possible only because of the continuing interest and support of the Information Systems educational community, expressed by their submission of high-quality papers and their attendance at the conference. The ISECON 2003 Conference Committee and sponsors gratefully acknowledge all the authors, reviewers, and other participants for contributing to the success of this conference.
