Participants will examine a "case" using tools, focusing on the underlying knowledge sets required by students in order to investigate computer security incidents. The case will be 'walked through', both by using a vendor's GUI-based tool as well as openly available tools and utilities. CD containing tools and the "case" to be examined will be provided for laptops (Windows systems).
