Abstract
Remote work, which refers to the ability to work from home or away from the office, has
changed how people work. Information systems, and more recently advances in artificial intelligence (AI), have greatly facilitated employees' ability to work from home. This relationship between artificial intelligence, information systems, and remote work is shaped by culture. We applied a qualitative systematic literature review (SLR) and conducted a text-mining analysis of existing literature on artificial intelligence, culture, and remote work. Our findings will help identify gaps in the research literature at the intersection of culture, technologies, and AI policy on remote work.
