Student Achievement Wallet - Loaded with Skills and Credentials for Career Pathways and Jobs
(6509)
Edward Moskal
iQ4 Corpporation
In this workshop we will walk you through the evolution of the Achievement Wallet,
the schools that have implemented it (one school with 60,000 + students using it), run through a demo,
and provide you with a link to get yours to explore. We will discuss, as part of the demo, how a comprehensive
learner record can be generated and verified using 1EdTech best practice industry standards. The use case in the
demo is a university cybersecurity student that is uploading credentials plus an academic transcript that contains courses
into their Achievement Wallet. After the upload, the wallet contains secured, trusted and verified digital credentials plus more.
The wallet with these verified credentials can help the student identify their skills, gaps in skill, explore career pathways, and
find cybersecurity jobs, by geo-location preference, to apply to and brings transparency, trust, and real-time validation to education and workforce pathways.
